  • In garment manufacturing, women's clothing has more limitations than other products as its process is complicateddue to characteristics of sensitive materials and change of machine according to the patterns.The process analysis and machine must be well designed according to changes in various materials and design.Hence, women's clothing is a very professional field, unlike factories that aim to mass-produce, such as SPA brands.Our technical staff who are well experienced in women’s clothing has been residing in Vietnam since the beginningof our entry into Vietnam, and we have been improving our competitiveness by investing in factory facilities andmachinery considering the production of professional women's clothing in the early stages of our establishment.

  • Production lines that complywith global standards
  • Yen The Garment JSC ("YTG") which is our 2nd factory has already secured EVALUATION of international standards such as GAPand WRAP through verification by the global brands and has proven its superior productivity. It has also successfully capturedglobal women's clothing brands such as Calvin Klein, MACYS, Michael Kors and DKNY in 2014.In December same year, YTG was also recognized as a labor-friendly and sustainable production site by completing the BetterWork certification jointly implemented by large global companies and the International Labor Organization (ILO).

  • Operating Process Analysis Room
  • Our very experienced process analysis staff and technicians review and design the optimal production process fordesign and fabric to increase production efficiency and to reduce the defect rate as much as possible by givingadvance notice the unique risks of the design to the site after the filtering.It is also an operation method that finds the most efficient process of TACT TIME at the sample stage and makesTIME CHECK for seven days in a row directly from the team during this production, complements the difficultyand order, reduces defect and produces maximum efficiency of production, and is highly evaluated by buyers.

  • Our management and technical staff have been based in Vietnam since the beginning of our business in Vietnamand have been conducting technical guidance and quality control, and have been providing thorough technicalguidance by having Korean engineers residing in local factories on a rotational basis.In addition to these functional training, we understand the importance of the factory-labor relationship,which is one of the most important factors in corporate competitiveness, and provide a variety of education foreach position as well as new employees.
